Get to know me!

Hi!! My name is Maycalah and I’m from a small town in WV and moved my freshmen year of college to the southeastern coast of Georgia!

I am an avid lover of life, very bubbly, and a huge people person! I’m a big adrenaline junkie, one of my favorite places is Cedar Point with an amazing lineup of roller coasters. I also love listening to music and can get down to almost any genre! You can also find me when I’m not taking photos or editing- at the beach, at a breakfast cafe, or spending time with my cat Boba Fett. (Where’s my Star Wars people at?!)

I have had an interest in photography since I was very young. My grandparents owned a Polaroid camera that most of my childhood photos were taken with. (That’s why I gift every session with a Polaroid!) When I was 15 my dad gifted me my first digital camera and I was hooked, since then I’ve been chasing my passion creating lasting friendships and memories. I am so blessed and grateful that I have been doing photography professionally for 3 years now! I love capturing those real, raw, and beautiful moments in people’s lives, and would love to do that for you!
